1. Contact and scope
Celestia Architects is a studio based in Tirana with licensed architects. For privacy questions about information you provide to the studio, contact +355 69 278 7302. This notice covers this website and inquiries directed to the studio; third-party services have their own notices.
2. Browsing and hosting
The primary website is served by Vercel. An additional copy is served by GitHub Pages. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information and access logs for delivery and operation of their service. See the Vercel Privacy Policy and the GitHub General Privacy Statement for their respective practices.
This website does not implement analytics, advertising pixels, a tracking-cookie banner, user accounts or a server-side contact form. Fonts and displayed images are served with the website. There is no site feature that stores your calculator input in cookies or browser storage.
3. The estimate calculator
Area and service selections are calculated in your browser. They are not sent to a Celestia website backend. Choosing “Discuss this estimate” opens WhatsApp with a draft message containing those selections. The external link includes the draft text in its URL. You choose whether to send it; WhatsApp processes the interaction under its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Inquiries and project information
If you contact the studio, the information you choose to share may include your name, contact details, messages, plans, photographs and project requirements. The studio uses relevant information to respond, discuss a proposal and, if agreed, perform and administer the project. Avoid sending documents or personal information that are unnecessary for the initial inquiry.
Information should be retained only for the inquiry, agreed project and applicable professional or legal obligations. Retention and access requirements depend on the records and purpose. Ask the studio about your particular information; this notice does not claim a single fixed retention period for every project.
5. External links
WhatsApp, Instagram and source-credit links lead to independent services. Once you follow a link, their terms and privacy notices apply. Relevant notices include WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy. An external service may receive information from your visit or interaction.
6. Your requests
You may contact the studio to ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights concerning information you provided. Some records may need to be retained under applicable obligations. Requests may require proportionate verification of identity. Albania's supervisory authority publishes information about personal-data protection at idp.al.
7. Studio publishing panel
The studio owner can prepare portfolio projects in the admin panel. Choosing “Save draft on device” stores project text and optimized images in that browser’s IndexedDB until replaced or cleared through browser settings. This draft is not public. Publishing sends project metadata and images to the studio’s GitHub repository and makes them public after deployment. Only publish material you have the right to share.
The owner supplies a GitHub personal access token to connect the panel. It is used only in page memory and sent to api.github.com for authenticated requests. It is not written to browser storage, the portfolio data or the repository. Disconnecting or closing the page clears the panel’s connection; GitHub credentials remain subject to GitHub’s own policies.
8. Changes
If analytics, forms or other data-processing features are added, the website and this notice should be reviewed before those features are activated. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
