Descriptions and prices help you explore a possible service. Technical plans start from €5/m², interior design is indicated at €20/m² for total areas below 100 m² and €15/m² for total areas of 100 m² or more, and turnkey renovation starts from €190/m². Architecture, permit documentation and façade work require a tailored quote. The calculator gives a simple area-based estimate; it does not assess your property or create a binding offer.
Final scope, deliverables, exclusions, materials, taxes, third-party fees, travel, payment schedule, revisions and timing must be confirmed in the written proposal or agreement before engagement. Sending an inquiry or opening WhatsApp does not by itself form a project contract.
3. Project responsibilities and approvals
The client must provide accurate available information and be entitled to request the work. Property documents, access, surveys and approvals may be necessary for the specific project. Professional roles, construction coordination and supervision are included only when expressly agreed. Permit decisions belong to the responsible authority; approval is not guaranteed by this website.
Website renderings, concepts and general information are not construction instructions. Only project documents issued for the agreed purpose and stage should be used for that purpose. Changes to scope, costs or deadlines should be recorded and agreed according to the project contract.

The architecture and interior images currently displayed are supplied by Celestia Architects and credited to the studio. The portfolio presents studio work across Tirana, Durrës and Vlorë. Rendered images illustrate architectural and interior design; they should be read together with the project descriptions.
Studio branding, website text and project materials are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Reuse of third-party material is governed by its license. Rights to project drawings and permitted client use must be addressed in the project agreement.
